Any external modifications to the exterior of the buildings including, but not limited to, windows, doors, plantings, satellite dishes, etc require prior approval by the Architectural Committee and the Board of Directors. You should complete and submit your request at least 45 days in advance.

Request for Architectural and/or Landscaping Modification

The Restrictive Covenants, which are a component of the deeds for the properties we have purchased, charge the Board of Directors of our association with the responsibility for establishing policies to make our community a better place to live. The Board has gathered these policies into one document. It is a restatement of those which have been adopted in the past.

Modification, additions, and deletions may be made by the Board in the future.
